The discount on the official fees before the Czech Industrial Property Office is automatically granted upon submission, which is made in the e-portal of the Office after logging in via the Citizen Identity (NIA). You will have the discount in filing applications via our IP law office. More information can be obtained here.

Get financial support with the SME Fund

The support is destined for small and medium entrepreneurs seated in European Union. After the grant application is approved, it is possible to apply for the trademark/design. The grant to one trademark/design application amounts to 75 per cent of the official fee. The maximum overall amount of the support is EUR 700. More information can be found here.

For protection of industrial property rights of persons seated in Ukraine the Czech Industrial Property Office takes into consideration, e.g. in dealing with term extension requests, the current situation with respect to the legal framework. More information can be found here.
