EU Trade Marks after BREXIT

On 1 January 2021, UK IPO will create a comparable UK Trade Mark for every registered EU Trade Mark (EUTM). For EUTM Application that’s still pending on 1 January 2021, some other steps must be taken till 30.09.2021 in order to get the UK Registration. More information here
